My 223 and 30 30 brass is fired out of autoloaders, and lever action, respectively, and must be full length resized I, personally, will toss my rifle brass the second time they need trimming

If I have to full length resize or run a case through the body sizer, I use the messy ol' lube pad with RCBS lube Messy but effective I put everything in the tumbler after deprime and size, so mess really doesn't bother me and all that oil's good for my ancient old hide Molon Labe Kim

As for barrel length, no one barrel length is inherently more accurate as far as the gun, itself, should you put the gun in a machine rest In other words, there can be as much raw accuracy in a short barrel as a long barrel Different barrel lengths do affect how well we the shooter can squeeze accuracy out of the gun, though
